1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VasaviSiri ("the App", "the Service") — whether through the website at vasavisiri.in, the Android app on Google Play, the upcoming iOS app on the App Store, or any other platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of VasaviSiri immediately.

These terms apply to all users of VasaviSiri, including visitors, registered users (if any), and contributors.

2. Permitted Use of the Service

VasaviSiri is provided as a free devotional music platform. You are permitted to:

• Listen to devotional songs for personal spiritual and devotional purposes
• Use the Karaoke, lyrics, and playlist features for personal use
• Download songs for offline personal listening via the in-app Offline feature
• Share the app link (vasavisiri.in or Play Store link) with other devotees
• Use the app during puja, religious events, and devotional gatherings in a non-commercial setting

3. No Account Required

VasaviSiri does not require user registration or account creation. The service is openly accessible to all devotees. Features such as song ratings use anonymous session identifiers only.

4. Service Availability

VasaviSiri strives to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally result in downtime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

5. User Conduct

By using VasaviSiri, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's systems or databases
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access content in bulk
• Reproduce, redistribute, upload or commercially exploit any songs, audio, or content from VasaviSiri
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate Megahard Technologies, VasaviSiri, or Sirisha S Kumar
• Use the platform to spread content that is disrespectful to Sri Vasavi Matha or other deities featured

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VasaviSiri is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• The content will always be accurate or up-to-date
• The app will be compatible with every device, browser, or operating system version

Your use of VasaviSiri is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megahard Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, VasaviSiri — including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or service interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Copyright & Ownership

The following elements are protected under copyright:

• All audio recordings and musical compositions featured on VasaviSiri
• All song lyrics in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and English
• The VasaviSiri brand name, logo, and visual identity
• The app design, user interface, and underlying code (© Megahard Technologies LLP)
• All photographs, graphics, and artwork on the platform

10. Permitted Use of Music — Devotional Purpose

You MAY freely use the songs for:

• Personal listening and spiritual practice at home or during puja
• Playing during religious and devotional gatherings, bhajan sessions, or temple events on a non-commercial basis
• Offline playback via the in-app download feature for personal use
• Sharing the app link or Play Store link so others can listen through VasaviSiri
• Using in personal video recordings of puja or devotional events that are not monetised
• Cultural and educational presentations in schools, colleges, or community centres on a non-commercial basis

For any use not explicitly listed above, please contact us for permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Reproduce or copy any song, recording, or lyrics for distribution
• Upload any VasaviSiri song to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or any other platform
• Monetise any VasaviSiri songs — including via YouTube ads, streaming royalties, or paid events
• Sell the songs in any physical or digital format (CDs, MP3 downloads, etc.)
• Modify or create derivative works (remixes, covers released publicly, or re-recordings) without permission
• Use commercially in advertisements, films, TV shows, or any paid media without a licence
• Claim ownership of any song, composition, or lyric on VasaviSiri
• Scrape or bulk-download songs through automated means

12. DMCA & Copyright Takedown

If you believe any content on VasaviSiri infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on VasaviSiri
• Your contact information (name, address, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised
• A statement that the information provided is accurate and you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf

13. Available Platforms

VasaviSiri is currently available on the following platforms:

The Android app (package ID: com.megahard.vasavisiri) is published by Megahard Technologies on Google Play. These Terms apply equally to all versions and platforms of VasaviSiri.

14. Third-Party Links

VasaviSiri contains links to third-party services including YouTube, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store. These links are provided for convenience. Megahard Technologies is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the applicable provisions of:

• The Indian Copyright Act, 1957
• The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
• The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
